2020 Summer FAQ

It is with deep regret, that the Board of Directors of the DelGrosso Family of Companies announced the cancellation of its 2020 Summer Park Season due to the many concerns resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. Many factors played a role in this difficult decision.  First and foremost, the safety of our employees and our guests is our number one priority as it has been for 73 years.

The uncertainty of when large attractions such as DelGrosso’s Park would actually be permitted to open also played a significant role. This delay would only be compounded by social distancing protocols, capacity restrictions and supply chain interruptions. All of these obstacles would make creating a fun, safe and memorable guest experience, like we have done for decades, very difficult.

What Happens to my 2020 Season Pass?

Season Pass customers have two options for their pass.  Option 1 - The pass can automatically roll over to the 2021 Season.  As a token of our appreciation you will receive a $25 credit on our ID card to use towards food during the 2021 season.   Option 2 - You can request a refund for your Season Pass.  Please visit our 2020 Season Pass page to fill out a refund form.  The deadline for requesting a refund is Friday- July 17, 2020.

Will my All Day Fun Pass for 2020 be valid in 2021?

Any 2020 All Day Fun Pass will be honored in our 2021 Season.  This includes:  All Day Fun Passes purchased during our Special 4 for $94 Specials, All Day Fun Passes purchased from 3rd party vendors, All Day Fun Passes purchased or won at Charity Events.

Will the Park honor my coupons for 2020 in 2021?

Coupons that were designated for the 2020 summer season will be honored for the 2021 Season.


Will the Park still be hosting any Special Events at the Park (ie Spaghetti Wednesday, Summer Thunder, Pow Wow, Harvestfest...etc) ?

All in park events have been cancelled for 2020.  We look forward to working with our event team to bring back many of these favorites in 2021.

What happens if I rented a Cabana??

2020 Cabana Rentals will be refunded to the purchaser.  Our office team will be contacting Cabana guests to collect the credt card information to process the refund. If you would like to contact the office you can call 814-684-3538 ext 0 or email Enable JavaScript to view protected content.


How can I get Murf's Famous Potato Salad?

Murf's Potato Salad will be sold by the pound at our new DG2GO store located inside Cafe Dolce (on the Water Side of the park).  The Potato Salad in the cafe will be available on a first come, first serve basis.  If you would like to order potato sald, for pick up, you can call the Park Office Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm to place your order.  Orders can be picked up Fri, Sat or Sun from 11am-8pm.

What happens if I rented a park pavilion for 2020?

2020 Pavilion Rentals can be refunded to the purchaser or placed towards a rental for the 2021 season.  Our office team will be contacting Pavilion customers to collect the information to process the refund or forward the reservation. Will the Park continue DG2GO Tues and Thur Meals (Lunch and Dinner)?

The DG2Go Tue and Thur Meal Program will take place thru November.  New menus will be released in 2 month increments.  Orders can be placed online here or by calling the Park Office Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.

What happens to any gift cards I purchased for the park??

Gift cards do not expire and can be used in the 2021 season.

Will the Park Office be open this summer?

No.  The Park Office will remained closed to visitors.  Guests can call the park office Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm to place food orders.
