Health Requirements: Riders with the following conditions, or any physical conditions that may be affected by the features of the ride, SHOULD NOT ride or participate in attractions that include the following health requirements posted on the Safety Guide at the entrance to each ride or attraction:
Recent Surgery, Heart Trouble or High Blood Pressure, Neck Trouble, Back Trouble, Are Pregnant, or Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
Restraint System: A shared lap bar and seatbelt secures all riders in the row, across the thighs and pelvis. The larger rider must sit on the outside of seat. This ride may not accommodate guests of larger size (in terms of height, weight, and/or proportions).
Weight: Maximum weight – 500 lbs. per ride vehicle
Loose Articles: Loose articles and hand-held items are not permitted while riding the attraction. Food and drinks are not permitted.
Ridership Criteria: Guests should be able to hold their head upright and have an appropriate center of gravity for bracing to maintain a seated position during the ride and be able to brace themselves for possible rapid deceleration. Guests must be able to grasp with at least one upper extremity and to brace with at least one lower extremity below the knee. Due to the configuration of the safety restraint system, this ride may not be able to accommodate guests of exceptional size (height and/or weight).
Alternate Access: Non-ambulatory guests enrolled in the Ride Accessibility Program should see the attendant at the front of the line. Guests may need companion assistance to transfer from mobility device to ride platform. This may include 3 elevated steps.
The Crazy Mouse is not easily accessible for guests using mobility devices. Guests using mobility devices should utilize the alternate access point. This ride travels great distances and includes a steep drops and turns. Due to the awkwardness of evacuation procedures in the event of a ride stoppage, mobility impaired guests should not ride.
