Park Policies
Ride Park Admission Policy:
DelGrosso’s offers free admission to enter the Amusement Park (Excludes Gated Events). Ride admission may be purchased as a Fun Pass Wristband or by purchasing Individual Ride Tickets.
Children under 24 months of age with complimentary Infant Wristband are admitted onto the Carouselle and Train when accompanied by a supervising companion with proper admission.
Please Note: Children under 24 months of age must have Fun Pass Wristband or Individual Ride Tickets to board any Park Ride other than the Carouselle and Train. The child must meet ride height requirements and must be able to maintain upright, independent postural control at all times.
Laguna Splash Admission Policy:
All Guests entering Laguna Splash Water Park must have a Fun Pass Wristband. Please Note: A VIP Cabana Wristband is not the same as a Fun Pass and does not provide admission to Laguna Splash.

ATTIRE POLICY:
DelGrosso’s Park & Laguna Splash is a family-friendly destination, and, for the Safety and comfort of all guests, appropriate attire must be worn. Clothing and swimwear shall not indecently reveal or expose private parts of the body. Appropriate forms of clothing/coverage including shirts, shorts/pants, and footwear must be worn at all times in the Ride Park. Bikini tops, bikini bottoms, and sports bras are considered inappropriate clothing in the Ride Park. Inappropriate clothing must be covered by a shirt and shorts/pants, or a non-sheer cover-up. Clothing or Tattoos that display obscene or offensive images, artwork, or slogans (including profanity, gestures, illegal substances, or suggestive material) are not permitted. Jewelry or piercings that could cause harm to the rider or other guests or damage to the attractions or other property will not be permitted.
SWIMWEAR POLICY - Revealing bathing suits, thong bottoms, swim briefs, and undergarments are not permitted. Appropriate swimwear must be properly fitting, non-transparent, and cannot have exposed metal: rivets, ornamentation, buttons, or zippers. Cut-off jeans, cargo or khaki shorts, and pants are not considered appropriate swimwear. Swim Diapers are required for all diapered guests while enjoying Laguna Splash attractions. Swim Diapers are available for purchase at the Laguna Splash Gift Shop. Aquatic footwear (including water shoes) may be worn while participating in most water attractions but must be removed when riding the Red Tower and Green Tower Water Slides (Twin Twisters, Gravity Groove, Midnight Express, Great White). Sandals, sliders, sneakers, and Crocs are not considered appropriate footwear when participating in water attractions. Management reserves the right to address any attire and swimwear concerns with all guests.

BEHAVIOR POLICY: At DelGrosso’s Park & Laguna Splash we expect all guests to behave in an appropriate and safe manner. Unruly, disruptive, or offensive behavior (including running, horseplay, or the use of profanity) will not be tolerated. Those not respectful of team members, guests, or the environment may be asked to modify their behavior or leave the property.
Violations of any Park Rules and/or Policies may result in dismissal from Park Property without refund.
LINE JUMPING - Line jumping is not permitted. This includes leaving and returning for any reason, holding a spot for someone else, joining someone already in line, jumping any fences or chains, or cutting through the line.
SOLICITATION - No solicitation or unapproved distribution of literature is permitted on Park Property.
PROHIBITED ITEMS – The following are prohibited from Park Property: Glass bottles, weapons, drug and drug paraphernalia, laser pointers, loud or inappropriate music, bicycles, self-balancing personal transporters, rollerblades/ skates, skateboards, skate shoes with heels, electric scooters, remote controlled drones, etc. For safety reasons, all personal chairs, tents, and shade structures are prohibited in the Water Park. Personal umbrellas with a maximum diameter of 40” are permitted but may not be affixed to chairs or lounges. Umbrellas may not be left open and unattended. Umbrellas may be used on the edge of water attractions but may not enter the water or interfere with the lifeguards’ ability to see the water. Playpens are only permitted to be brought in by guests who have reserved a Cabana and must remain inside the Cabana.
For everyone’s safety, hand-carried items including but not limited to backpacks and belt bags are subject to search.

COOLERS/PERSONAL FOOD & DRINK POLICY:
RIDE PARK - Guests may bring personal food, beverages, and coolers into available Picnic Grove Areas, but the Park is not responsible for items left behind. Food Deliveries and Outside Catering Companies are not permitted. Grills are permitted in the Picnic Grove area but may not be used under pavilions or on picnic tables. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted beyond the Picnic Grove. Personal food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted during Gated Events.
WATER PARK - Park Food and Beverages are permitted within the gates of the Water Park. Coolers (soft- or hard-sided) no larger than 10’’L x 12’’W x 10’’H are permitted within the gated Water Park Area. Coolers may be used only for single-serve snack items, one non-glass beverage container no larger than 32oz, or for the purpose of non-glass storage of baby formula, baby food, medical, and dietary items. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Water Park. Food from outside establishments, other than single-serve snack items, is not permitted in the Water Park. Food deliveries and outside catering companies are not permitted. Picnic Tables are conveniently located outside of the Water Park adjacent to the Parking Lot for those wishing to bring large coolers and/or picnic lunches, but the Park is not responsible for items left behind. Please store the items in your car when not in use. Vehicles, alcohol, smoking & vaping, glass containers, food deliveries, and outside catering companies are not permitted in the Water Side Picnic Area.
Please note: While our Team Members work hard to enforce this policy, they may not immediately identify every item as Guests enter the Park. Our Park utilizes security cameras and other safety measures to support our Team in providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all Guests. If an oversized or otherwise unapproved cooler is later observed or brought to the attention of our Security Team, the policy will be enforced at that time.

Drug and Drug Paraphernalia are not permitted on Park Property.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY: Due to the potential for injury; cameras, cell phones, or any recording devices are not permitted on rides or water slides.
Cellphones are permitted in Bambini Cove, River Lazio, Laguna Waterworks, and Wave Oceano, when secured in a waterproof pouch. Cell Phones are not permitted on any Waterslide.
NOTE: Photography/Videography is Prohibited in Restrooms, Changing Areas, and Underwater in Laguna Splash Attractions.
Video recorders are not permitted at stage concerts.
By entering DelGrosso’s Park & Laguna Splash Water Park, guests grant the Park and/or their contracted Videographer/ Photographer the right to film, video record, and photograph guests on Park Property and to use such footage or photography for any reason without payment or other consideration.

When inclement weather occurs, we will do our very best to keep our rides and attractions open. We ask guests to be aware of weather forecasts. We do not issue rain checks because it rains during your visit, and you decide you want to leave the Park.
Most rides and attractions continue to operate in light rain. In the event of heavy rain, high winds, or electrical storms, some or all rides and attractions may close until it is safe to resume normal operations. If inclement weather forces DelGrosso’s Park to close for the day, Park Management may authorize the issuance of rain checks with Proper Wristband and Receipt.
(Season Pass Holders are not eligible for a rain check; Season Pass Buddies are eligible for a rain check)

DelGrosso’s Park welcomes service animals (dogs, miniature horses) who have been specifically trained to perform functions or tasks for an individual with a disability who cannot perform for themselves.
Service animals must remain on a leash, harness, or tether and/or be under control of their handler at all times. Service animals must be housebroken.
Please ask a team member for the nearest green space available for service animals to relieve themselves (must clean up waste). If at any time the behavior of the service animal is deemed out of control, the guest may be asked to remove the service animal from the Park.
Service animals are not permitted to enter the water of our Laguna Splash Attractions. They are permitted up to the water’s edge.
Service animals are not permitted on rides and attractions, with the exception of the Carouselle and the Tipton Creek Railroad, which may accommodate a service animal if the animal’s presence does not compromise legitimate safety requirements necessary for the safe operation of the ride.
Service animals must not be left unattended or with Park Team Members.

Laguna Splash Umbrella Policy: Personal umbrellas with a maximum diameter of 40 inches are permitted but may not be affixed to chairs or lounges. Umbrellas may not be left open and unattended. Umbrellas may be used on the edge of water attractions but may not enter the water or interfere with the lifeguards’ ability to see the water. Beach umbrellas are not permitted in Laguna Splash.
We encourage all Water Park Guests to keep their valuables in a rented locker. DelGrosso's Park is not responsible for items lost/stolen/damaged/etc.

General Info and Regulations
Cabana Capacity:
Each Cabana Rental includes seating for a maximum of 6 guests (children and adults) plus up to an additional 2 hand-held infants (if needed). Hand-held infants must be under 24 months of age.
Up to 6 VIP wristbands are issued out to your party to identify members of your cabana rental. VIP wristbands do not include general admission. A Fun Pass wristband is required to enter the water park checkpoints.
Strollers, car seats, and other childcare or personal items can not infringe on the neighboring cabanas or walkways.
Please Note: Guests are responsible for any damage to the Cabana, furniture, and refrigerator/cooler and for their return in the same condition as received. Do not tie/secure the Cabana Curtains to furniture, cooler, etc.

Ride Park: Casts and braces cannot restrict the rider from grasping the necessary safety restraints and bars. It also must not serve as a potential danger to other riders.
Water Park: Wrist casts and braces must not extend beyond the forearm. Wrist casts are permissible only if enclosed in a waterproof cover or sleeve specifically manufactured for cast protection; homemade covers are not acceptable. Braces must be constructed from soft Velcro material and must not contain any metal components. Walking boots and leg casts are strictly prohibited.

Note: DelGrosso's Park is Cashless. Reverse ATMs are available (two Ride Side and one Water Side) to convert Cash to Park Gift Cards, if needed.

DelGrosso's Park does not use peanut oil in any of its food stands. We are happy to accommodate dietary and allergy needs. Our staff is trained on handling allergens and each concession manager is able to provide options that can fit into dietary restrictions.
We do ask, since you understand your sensitivity better than anyone else, that you make an educated decision on what you are comfortable with.

The Infant Care Center is located behind Kid’s Kingdom and directly next to our Ride Side First Aid Station. This area is equipped with diaper-changing stations and private nursing mother stations, in air-conditioned comfort. Select infant care items may be purchased at a nominal fee.

There are 24 Rental Lockers Ride Side available for rental on a first-come, first-served basis beside the Information Booth.

Guests can enjoy FREE Parking in our Main Parking Lot, Water Side.
RV Parking is available at the back of the parking lot. Our Parking Attendants will assist you. No camping or overnight parking is permitted.
DelGrosso’s Park offers a limited number of accessible parking spaces in the main parking lot. Accessible parking requires guests to display a valid accessible placard or license plate and is available on a first come, first served basis.
Picnicking guests may drop off members of their party and unload their vehicle at their pavilion by pulling up to the Security Booth on the park side and asking for a Loading/Unloading Pass.
DelGrosso’s Park and Laguna Splash meet the required allotted spaces defined by the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act Guidelines (ADAG).

WEEKDAY PAVILION INFO: The Pavilion Rental Fee is waived on Weekdays. Reservations are encouraged. Pavilions are available on a first-come/first-served basis.

Ride Restrictions:
To provide each guest with a safe and memorable experience, all rides and attractions have rider requirements posted on the Safety Guide sign at the entrance to each attraction.
The Pennsylvania Ride Safety Act #1994-58 requires all riders to obey all warnings and directions regarding each ride and must behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is cause for dismissal from the park without a refund.
Water Restrictions:

Additional notes: For those who are weak or non-swimmers, only U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejackets are permitted and are provided free of charge at various locations throughout the water park. Please return all lifejackets to the proper storage area or to one of our return bins.
Prolonged breath holding and underwater swimming is not permitted as it can lead to black-out or death.
Face masks with nose coverings and snorkels can cause death by drowning and are not permitted.
Water toys, pool inflatables, and water wings are not permitted.

A Security Officer is always on duty in the booth at the bottom of the crosswalk Ride Side, during regular Park hours. Uniformed Officers patrol the Park grounds for your safety and assistance.

Park Side Rental Location: A limited number of Electric Scooters, Adult Strollers, and Children's Double Strollers are available for daily rental on a first-come-first-serve basis at the Infant Care Center - Park Side. See staff for details.
Water Side Rental Location: The Laguna Gift Shop also has a limited number of Electric Scooters, Adult Strollers, and Children's Double Strollers available for daily rental on a first-come-first-serve basis - Water Side. See staff for details.
Important Notes:
- You must return the Rental to the Rental Location that you received it from.
- Both Rental Locations are accessible without an admission wristband.
- The Electric Scooters are a single person chair only. Operators MUST be 18 years of age or older (children are not allowed on the scooter) and must have a Valid Drivers License and provide a valid credit card in the name of the operator. The weight limit for the Electric Scooter is 450lbs.
- The Children's Double Strollers have a weight limit of 100lbs.

If you are lost or separated on the Park Side, go to the Information Booth located at the foot of the Crosswalk—where there is a Lost Children's Station. Our Team will be able to our contact the Security Team to assist you.
Prior to your visit, we recommend you plan to agree on that as a meeting place should someone become separated from the group, Park Side.
If you are lost or separated Water Side, we recommend you go to either gated water park entrance/exit point and let our Team Member stationed there assist you.
Tip: We recommend taking a picture of your group upon arrival at the Park. In the event that you get separated, this can greatly assist our Security Team, helping them to more easily identify a missing child/person by having an accurate visual of clothing, features, etc. This is a great tool for our Security Team to quickly reunite you with your child/group member.

RIDE SIDE: Open-air picnic tables are located in our Picnic Grove, outside of the pavilions, for guests to enjoy free of charge - during our normal operating season. Picnicking/coolers not permitted after our Italianfest Weekend.
Guests may bring personal food, beverages, and coolers into the Picnic Grove area of the Ride Park during our normal operating season, but are restricted to available picnic areas at the back of the Ride Park in our Picnic Grove.
Personal food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted in the Midway area of the Park. Coolers and personal food/drinks are not permitted outside of the Park Picnic Area.
Grills are allowed in our Picnic Grove Area, but we do not rent them. The Park is not responsible for items left behind. Outside caterers or food deliveries are not permitted.

WATER PARK SIDE: Picnic Tables are now conveniently located outside of the Water Park adjacent to the Parking Lot for those wishing to bring large coolers and/or picnic lunches. Please store the items in your car when not in use. Alcohol, grills, and open flames are not allowed in the Water Side Picnic Area. Smoking is permitted in designated Smoking Areas only. The Park is not responsible for items left behind.
Outside Caterers or Food Deliveries are not permitted.
See Park Map for the location of the Laguna Splash Picnic Area. This picnic area is only accessible from the Main Parking Lot.
Park food and beverages are permitted within the enclosed Water Park Area. The enclosed Water Park Area is defined as the area inside the Water Park’s two gated checkpoints. Coolers (soft- or hard-sided) no larger than 10"l x 12"w x 10"h are permitted within the enclosed Water Park Area. Coolers may be used only for single-serve snack items, one non-glass beverage container no larger than 32oz (non-alcoholic), or for the purpose of non-glass storage of baby formula, baby food, medical, and dietary items. Food from outside establishments, other than single-serve snack items, are not permitted in the Water Park.

Our stage area has “lawn chair” seating, so you will want to bring a chair for the concert. Park grounds open at 8 am. See Hours & Schedule for Rides/Attractions Hours, etc. Alcohol is Not Permitted. Coolers/outside food or drinks are Not Permitted in the concert area. Video recorders are Not Permitted at the stage concerts.
Please be courteous to fellow guests and bring a chair that is standard in size and style (without top shade structure or lounger etc.), as to not inhibit fellow guests viewing and/or our seating pattern.
Park Staff will be present and may adjust the seating patterns as needed, etc. DelGrosso's Park is not responsible for items left unattended.

Kid's Kingdom is for our smaller guests!
All riders must be Under 52" to ride in Kid's Kingdom.
To safely ride the Kid’s Kingdom Rides, the rider must be able to maintain upward postural control during the duration of the ride. It is best to view the rides in action beforehand and determine if your child can ride, as some rides have a more dynamic motion.
We have Individual Ride Tickets that could be purchased if the rider meets the requirements for the rides. Some parents will purchase these first to see how the child reacts to the rides before purchasing an All-Day Fun Pass.
Infant Admission Policy: Children under 24 months of age with complimentary Infant Wristband are admitted to the Water Park and can ride the Carouselle and Train only, when accompanied by an adult with proper admission.
Please Note: Children under 24 months of age must have a Fun Pass Wristband or Individual Ride Tickets to board any Park Rides other than the Carouselle and Train, at the Parent/Guardian's discretion. The child must meet ride height requirements and must be able to maintain upward postural control at all times.

DelGrosso’s Park & Laguna Splash is equipped with services to provide accessibility. Our Rider Safety and Accessibility Guide is available at the Security/Rides Office, Information Booth, and Guest Services. To enroll in the Rider Accessibility Program the guest must visit the Security/Rides Office (Park Side).
Only Service Animals, on a leash or harness, are permitted on Park Property. Service Animals are welcome on select attractions and to the water’s edge in the Water Park - Please see Security/Rides Office for details.
Water Park Attractions Accessibility Notes: Our lazy river and wave pool both have zero-depth “beach” style entries and are fully ADA accessible. All guests under 48” who enter the wave pool must wear a Lifejacket. We offer Lifejackets free of charge.
Our Waterworks activity pool has a wheelchair ramp and is also fully accessible.
We also have an aquatic wheelchair on-site that can be used for transfer purposes to and from the entry pools.
Guests who are visiting only the Laguna Splash Water Park, can enroll in the Laguna Splash Accessibility Program at the Guest Services Building upon their visit.

There are two First Aid locations: Ride Side in the Infant Care Center building located behind Kid's Kingdom and Water Side adjacent to the Laguna Waterworks.
Each facility is staffed by certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) as part of our Quick Response Service team for those guests needing medical attention.
