Dracula’s Dragway featuring Scotty’s Pedal Karts is a New Attraction for our 2026 Halloween Weekends.
8 Pedal Karts with a fun Halloween-Themed Roadway under Pavilion #2 for children. (Height between 40” & 58” tall – max rider weight 130 lbs.)

Costume Policy
Costumes are Welcome!
We encourage guests to join in the Halloween fun while following a few guidelines to help keep everyone safe.
Throughout the Park
- Costume masks and face coverings that are part of a costume are not permitted. Medical and protective face coverings are permitted and are not subject to this restriction.
- Face paint and makeup are permitted.
- Costumes must be family-friendly and must not interfere with a guest's vision or ability to move safely.
- Real or realistic-looking weapons are not permitted.
- Inflatable costumes are permitted provided they do not interfere with the guest's vision or ability to move safely.
While Riding
- Costumes worn on rides must be Secure, Clear, & Contained:
Secure — Costume pieces and accessories must be securely worn and must not be at risk of falling off during the ride.
Clear — Costumes must remain clear of ride restraints, seats, moving parts, and other ride equipment.
Contained — Costumes and accessories must remain within the ride vehicle or guest riding space and may not hang, trail, or extend outside of it.
Loose, flowing, oversized, or detachable costume pieces that do not meet these requirements must be removed or safely secured before riding. This may include capes, wings, tails, hats, costume props, and similar accessories.
- Inflatable costumes may not be worn while riding and must be completely removed before boarding. Simply deflating an inflatable costume does not meet this requirement.
- For your safety, ride operators may require a costume or costume accessory to be removed or secured before riding.
DelGrosso’s Park reserves the right to address any costume or accessory deemed inappropriate or unsafe. *Subject to Change*
