Our stage area has “lawn chair” seating, so you will want to bring a chair for the concert. Park grounds open at 8 am. See Hours & Schedule for Rides/Attractions Hours, etc. Alcohol is Not Permitted. Coolers/outside food or drinks are Not Permitted in the concert area. Video recorders are Not Permitted at the stage concerts.

Please be courteous to fellow guests and bring a chair that is standard in size and style (without top shade structure or lounger etc.), as to not inhibit fellow guests viewing and/or our seating pattern.

Park Staff will be present and may adjust the seating patterns as needed, etc. DelGrosso's Park is not responsible for items left unattended.

For the comfort of all guests, designated smoking/vaping areas have been established throughout the Ride Park. There are also a designated smoking/vaping areas inside the Water Park. Please see Park Map for locations.

A Security Officer is always on duty in the booth at the bottom of the crosswalk Ride Side, during regular Park hours. Uniformed Officers patrol the Park grounds for your safety and assistance.

For your safety, hand-carried items including but not limited to backpacks and belt bags are subject to search.

Metal detection equipment may be used. Video Surveillance is utilized at DelGrosso's Park & Laguna Splash.

Weapons of any type and Laser Light Pointers are prohibited on Park Property.

Loud music, running, bicycles, Segways, hoverboards, rollerblades, skates, skate shoes with heels, and skateboards are not permitted on DelGrosso's Park Property.

Video recorders are not permitted at stage concerts.

Standard Lawn Chairs (without shade awning) are permitted to be brought to our Stage Concerts and Event (if applicable), Ride Side - only for this use.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted beyond the picnic area during our normal operating season.

For safety reasons, all personal tents, beach umbrellas, and shade structures are prohibited in the Water Park. Also, personal outside furniture, such as lawn chairs, etc., is also prohibited in the Water Park.

Due to the nature of all rides and the potential for injury caused by loose articles, cameras, cell phones, or any recording devices are not permitted on rides. To secure these items please place them in a locker or leave them with a non-rider.

Photography is prohibited in restrooms and changing areas. Underwater photography is prohibited in Laguna Splash attractions.

By entering DelGrosso’s Park & Laguna Splash Water Park, guests grant the Park and/or their contracted Videographer/Photographer the right to film, video record, and photograph guests on Park Property and to use such footage or photography for any reason without payment or other consideration.

Ride Park Attire Policy:

DelGrosso’s Park is a family-friendly destination and, for the Safety and comfort of all guests, appropriate forms of clothing/coverage including shirts, shorts/pants, and footwear must be worn at all times in the Ride Park.

Clothing shall not indecently reveal or expose private parts of the body. Bikini tops, bikini bottoms, and sports bras are considered inappropriate clothing in the Ride Park. Inappropriate clothing must be covered by a shirt and shorts/pants or a non-sheer cover-up. Clothing or Tattoos that display obscene or offensive, images, artwork, or slogans including profanity, gestures, illegal substances, or suggestive material are not permitted.

DelGrosso’s Park Management reserves the right to address any attire concerns with all guests.

Water Park Attire and Swimwear Policy:

Laguna Splash is a family-friendly destination and, for the Safety and comfort of all guests, appropriate attire and swimwear must be worn while in the Water Park.

Attire Policy -

Clothing or Swimwear shall not indecently reveal or expose private parts of the body. Revealing bathing suits, thong bottoms, and Speedos are not permitted. Clothing, Swimwear, or Tattoos that display obscene or offensive, images, artwork, or slogans including profanity, gestures, illegal substances, or suggestive material are not permitted. Jewelry/Piercings that could cause harm to the rider or other guests or damage to the attractions or other property will not be permitted.

Swimwear Policy -

Appropriate swimwear must be properly-fitting, non-transparent, and cannot have metal: rivets, ornamentation, buttons, or zippers. Cut-off jeans, cargo or khaki shorts, and pants are not considered appropriate swimwear.

Aquatic footwear including water shoes and aquatic socks are permitted on all Laguna Splash attractions. Sandals, sliders, sneakers, and Crocs are not considered appropriate footwear when participating in water attractions.

Swim diapers are required for all diapered guests while enjoying Laguna Splash attractions. Swim Diapers are available for purchase at the Laguna Splash Gift Shop.
